Selma Copenhagen (Rating: 34/40 – Excellent)
WestMarket, Vesterbrogade 97, 1620 København V.
Selma draws my attention because they make the Scandinavian speciality smørrebrød in their own innovative manner and has a very fine selection of Scandinavian craft beers .
With a clear reference to the traditional Scandinavian cuisine, Selma deliver good craftsmanship in their innovative and aesthetic food bar at WestMarket, Vesterbrogade 97. Everything is characterized by a high level of professionalism and dedication to deliver good food, beer and service. It all succeed yesterday when I had my Omnipollo Arzachel session IPA 3,5% with Tatar of beef, lovage, amaranth, pickled seaweed and ryebread.
Excellent experience – the combination of flavours and ingredients made the dish a State-of-art innovative smørrebrød – balance and flavours was excellent.
A Very good Session IPA from Omnipollo. Some fruit and hops in the nose, very refreshing.
